Gerry Toner
Gerry founded Aspire as a natural progression from his many years of experience in Business Improvement as a consultant and director.
He has worked as an Interim Director and Chairman/MD, as well as an Senior Operational Manager of consulting operations for a number of organisations in business and professional services. With Aspire he has focused on clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, transport, airlines, local authority, not for profit and utilities sectors. Gerry has spent the last thre years working with Healthcare Productivity Specialist, Meridian Productivity.
These achievements, combined with his previous experience of a cross-section of industries and business contexts, give him a deep understanding of the issues that arise within medium and large organisations and the practical solutions that are required to resolve them.

Simon joins Aspire to build on his skills and experience in designing and delivering improvement soluitons across global markets.
Simon has worked for a number of years working globally on technical and non technical projects as an interim director and consultant. Focusing recently on public sector productivity Simon has worked on a number of healthcare projects from strategic development to frontline process improvement implementation, working across all health services including Mental Health, Primary Care and secondary care both in the UK and Europe.
His technical knowledge combined with his experience in developing and implementing improvement projects have resulted in tailored solutions for each client that over come their unique issues and led to very successful benefits realisation on all past health service projects.
